Paul Wayne Pierce

Worship Leader
Singer • Songwriter & Recording Artist

Paul Wayne Pierce is a Christian singer-songwriter, worship leader, and recording artist whose passion is to write songs that help people encounter the presence of God. He accepted Christ at the age of ten, but it wasn't until his mid-twenties that his faith became the defining foundation of his life. Music has always been part of that journey. Paul began writing songs as a young boy and started serving in church as a teenager, playing drums alongside his father, who faithfully led worship each week. His dad remains his greatest musical influence, teaching him not only the craft of music but the importance of leading with humility and authenticity. Along with his mother, Paul's parents have been his biggest supporters, encouraging the calling God placed on his life from the very beginning. As a songwriter, Paul's career has taken him from church stages to Nashville writing rooms. He has written and performed throughout the country, sharing stages with artists including Chris Stapleton, Brothers Osborne, Dierks Bentley, and many others. His songs have been recorded by both country and Christian artists, allowing him to continue writing across genres while remaining grounded in his faith. Whether writing for the country market or the Church, Paul's desire is to tell honest stories that connect with people and reflect the hope, redemption, and grace found in God.Today, Paul continues to lead worship, write music, and serve his local church while pursuing opportunities to create songs that encourage believers and reach those searching for hope. Together with his wife, Amanda, and their family, he strives to live a life that points others to Christ. Every lyric, every melody, and every opportunity to stand on a platform is viewed as a gift from God and another chance to make His name known. Paul's prayer is simple: that every song he writes would draw people closer to Jesus and remind them of the mercy, faithfulness, and love of the One who changes lives.
